Quality and Environment

For us as suppliers of precision turned parts quality assurance is a vital and indispensable component of all that we do. Our quality management system certified to ISO TS 16949 and our environmental management system certified to ISO 14001:2004 determine the basis for the entire production processes in our company.

Quality management, a function that is independent of production, has the necessary competence in all quality-relevant issues, including process planning and production control.

Our goal is to continuously develop our management system for all company-specific operations and processes into an equitable and pragmatic partnership in the collaboration with our customers.

Environmental declaration:
In its Bretten plant, Klumpp GmbH & Co. KG manufactures complex precision turned parts for the automotive industry, consumer electronics, precision engineering and medical technology. The evaluation of the most important environmental issues is dealt with in the environmental aspects, environmental indicators and in emergency management and hazard prevention.

We present our emission, recycling, waste production and consumption data in land registers. Further factors for the company´s environmental protection are the operating supplies register and the facility register.

The integrated management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001 exists since January 2007. The systems were combined in one handbook together with the QM-EM program and the policy. Since October 2008 we are certified to DIN EN ISO 14001.
